*Upon payment, client(s) is/are in agreement that photos may be used on the website, social media, &/or other avenues for marketing purposes! This includes but is not limited to: photos of babies, children, homes, other applicable subjects, etc. If any probono photography is rendered, person(s) photographed or parent(s) of person(s) photographed is/are in agreement that photos  may be used on the website, social media, &/or other avenues for marketing purposes! If client or person/parent of person being photographed is not in agreement of the above terms, they may not use services provided by our company. Any client at any location is in agreement that they are taking risks of any weather conditions, field conditions, water conditions, interactions with animals, etcetera, at their own risk. Company is in no form, ever, liable for any injury of any client on any photosession whether on location, at client's home, or in studio. Any client not in agreement with these terms, may not utilize services with this company. Thank you!
