*Prices include: talent of the photographer, shoot time, shoot preparation, including any travel time, and professional editing.

If client or person/parent of person being photographed is not in agreement of the above terms, they may not use services provided by our company. Any client at any location is in agreement that they are taking risks of any weather conditions, field conditions, water conditions, interactions with animals, etcetera, at their own risk. Company is in no form, ever, liable for any injury of any client on any photosession whether on location, at client's home, or in studio.
